*BMG Money Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The BMG Money Referral Program (“Referral Program”) has been created to reward you (“you,” “Referrer”) for recommending loans through BMG Money to coworkers who apply, are approved and, have a Funded Loan (“Referral”). The following BMG Money Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) contain important information about the Referral Program, so please read them carefully. These Referral Terms set forth the terms and conditions for participation in our Referral Program and are hereby incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use, including the Arbitration Provision. The BMG Money Referral Program is provided by BMG LoansAtWork, Inc. and it’s affiliates.

Eligibility: In order to participate in the Referral Program, you must (a) accept and agree to our Terms of Use, including these Referral Terms and our Privacy Policy; (b) set up aregistered account on the Referral website https://bmgmoney.com/referrals/ (“Referral Account”); (c) have and maintain an BMG Money Referral Account in good standing; and, (d) Your loan account through BMG Money, if applicable, must be current, and (e) not reside in California or Wisconsin. A customer that meets these eligibility requirements is an “Eligible User”.

Eligible Referral: An Eligible Referral means an individual who: (a) does not currently have, and has never had, a BMG Money Account; (b) has not submitted a loan application through BMG Money prior to clicking your Referral Link; and (c) uses your Referral Link (defined below) to fill out and submit a loan application through the BMG Money website (“Referral Loan Application”). In order to be eligible for a rewards for a referred funded loan, the Referral Loan Application must be approved and a loan funded within the thirty (30) days following submission using the Referral Link (a “Funded Loan”).

Earning Referral Rewards: When an Eligible User registers for our Referral program on the referral site, we will provide that Eligible User with a personalized hyperlink via email that contains a unique referral ID associated with their Referral Account (“Referral Link”). Subject to these Referral Terms, within thirty (30) days of the completion of the loan application submission or loan funding date, as applicable, by each Eligible Referral using your Referral Link, the Referral Reward will be issued to you in the form of an electronic deposit into your bank account or a check of equal amount will be sent to your home address. We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether a referral is an Eligible Referral, including whether an qualifying application was submitted or whether a qualifying application resulted in a qualifying Funded Loan and whether you are eligible to receive the Referral Reward. Earnings amounts will be determined as follows: (a) Earnings amounts will be determined as follows: (a) fifty dollars ($50.00) for every referral who receives a loan through BMG Money, and (b) a bonus of one hundred dollars ($100) for every five (5) approved referrals.

Restrictions and Limitations: By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to: (a) send referral emails only to people that you know; and, (b) not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent, invasive, or that may be considered spamming. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate activity relating to the Referral Program. Notwithstanding any provision of these Referral Terms, we are not obligated to pay any Referral Rewards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that (a) the Sign-Up Process completed by an Eligible Referral is not a bona fide transaction, including, without limitation, if you use a Referral link to register for more than one Account; or (b) you have engaged in any fraudulent or deceitful behavior in connection with the Referral Program, including, without limitation, if you, directly or indirectly, offer any person a financial or other incentive to complete the Sign-Up Process using your Referral Link or attempt to redirect traffic from, or divert Referral Rewards from, any other referrer in the Referral Program. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to delay payment of any Referral Rewards while we investigate your participation in the Referral Program or any use of your Referral Links.

Taxes: If you, the Referrer, file taxes in the United States, you must notify BMG Money if you have received $600 or more in Rewards from BMG Money during a single calendar year. If you receive a Reward, you (as a Referrer) are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it. By participating in the Referral Program, you release BMG Money and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to the Reward.

Non-Exclusive: The Referral Program is non-exclusive. You acknowledge and agree by participating in the Referral Program that we may, at any time, solicit customer referrals via any method in our sole discretion.

Termination or Suspension: BMG Money may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Referral Program or Referral Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.

Personal Information: Any personal information collected in connection with the Referral Program will be used in accordance with the BMG Money Privacy Policy.
