If employed by an employer we work with, meet the employment requirements, reside in a state we do business in, 18 years or older, not active in the military and do not have an open bankruptcy, you may be eligible to apply. Other credit criteria may also apply. Approval is not guaranteed.

Your FICO Score will not be pulled for the processing of this loan application; however, alternative credit scores if available are pulled and used in determining creditworthiness. LoansAtWork does not require any sort of credit score. Payment history is reported to all three major credit reporting agencies and failure to make payments may affect your credit scores.

The amount is varied by state, program and employer, if applicable.

Depending on the state and the program, there may be a one-time origination fee from $0-$59 after approval. Late payment will also incur a fee.4

There is no cost to apply.

Many loan programs, but not all loan programs, require that you link your banking information. If asked to link bank account, please connect the bank account where you receive your paycheck.

Applications are generally decisioned within 3 business days.

You can apply again immediately if your first application is declined. If you are declined a second time, you must wait 15 days before re-applying.

Please note that it generally takes two business days to process your payment and debit your bank account.

A payroll allotment is a specific payment amount automatically deducted from your paycheck and electronically deposited to a Firstnet (Wesbanco) Savings Account opened for you once your loan is booked. This allotment is used to pay off your loan.

Usually this occurs when you refinance your loan with an existing allotment. The allotment will continue to deduct from your pay and be applied to your new loan balance upon receipt. Upon request the early payment can be refunded. Contact customer service for additional questions.

A split direct deposit is a specific payment amount set up through your payroll system to deduct from your paycheck and electronically deposited to a Firstnet (Wesbanco) Savings Account opened for you once your loan is booked.

Once the promissory note is signed you can not change the payment amount. However, you are able to make additional payments through your BMG account or by calling our payments department 866.299.0211.

We do not take payments via credit card.

Once you are eligible to refinance, the next loan amount level pays for your existing loan and the difference is released to you.

Eligibility to reapply is primarily based on consecutive scheduled payroll deductions or allotments and income. However, additional payments can be made to pay off your loan.

You are eligible to refinance after a certain amount of scheduled payments have been made.

Your money is generally available 1-2 business days after you are approved, depending on your chosen funding method.

You could have funds deposited electronically to your checking or savings account. Loan funding by check is only available for specific loan programs.

Once you become a customer you receive a referral code that you can share with friends and coworkers that are eligible to apply. For every new approved and funded applicant that uses your code, you will receive $100. There is no limit to the amount you can earn.

The referral code is located on your dashboard when you log into your BMG Money account.

You can apply using the link that is provided to you from the referrer or when creating your login you can enter the code in the referral code field.

Your referral bonus is sent via ACH to the banking information you provided or by check.

Payments for all approved referrals are sent out on a weekly basis, in the following week.

Your payment history is reported to all 3 credit bureaus in the middle of the following month.

Due to recent changes in our policy, some customers are required to link their debit card to qualify for a loan.

Some loan programs are required to link a debit card due to recent changes in our policy.

ATM cards are NOT acceptable, a debit card is needed in order to deposit funds into your bank account.
